This location is actually at the foot of OR's HQ, and has some really friendly employees as well as some great deals on their Clearance rack. Solid product quality made by solid people. You would do well for yourself to stop by when you need something warm, or to keep you dry. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and a better warranty than REI (or anyone else that I'm aware of). They have a limited selection of typically priced non OR gear, better deals can be had online, but when they carry something I want I tend to buy it if the price is somewhat similar since their warranty is so good. As to the OR gear itself, it's generally very well made and well thought out and, unlike many other outerwear brands, they still focus on the people that actually go outside, not just the people who want to look like it. Their accessories are generally better than the competition.

Best customer service in the outdoor industries. I mean, "infinite guarantee!" I like the fact that they issue credits for the warrantied items (I don't even need to keep my receipts, yes!), after all, I usually need the items right away since the perfect weather in Seattle is rather short-lived. It's also hassle free where only the essential questions are asked when it comes to return/warranty issues. The only downside to this company is that their design needs to be a bit more detailed (more seamless needed, sizing tends to run a bit taller, not your lightest weight material, etc.). However, in general, their quality control is great and the company is underrated. I would buy all of my outdoor gear from this company if only their designs were better for this place has the right price point for its' quality and customer service.

A friend turned me on to OR clothing, and I'll never buy a pair of jeans again. The work pants are comfortable and more durable than denim. I had a 1 inch cable snap at work, and catch me in the leg. I had a nice bruise, but the pants didn't tear at all.

This is the 'company store' for the design studio in the same building, but it's open to the public for you to pick up the latest outdoor clothing and gear. Oftentimes there are items on deep discount, whether they be last season's colors or excess inventory. Everything coming out of OR is top shelf quality and if you can believe it, most items have a lifetime warranty. What a great company. Plus the staff here are super helpful. It may not be obvious but toward the back left of the store, around a corner is a dressing room if you want to try on items such as pants. By the way, they have a deep selection of ladies' items also.

OR’s flagship store. The staff here are always very nice and helpful. They are well informed and use the gear. They have a few parking spots off street for parking, but I wouldn’t expect to get one on a busy weekend. They are SODO, so there is plentiful street parking most hours. Small shop, but they carry most of the gear you find online. The sales don’t always match the online ones so make sure you check their website to get the best price before you buy

Return experience way better than others have noted recently - dropped off an item I had ordered online in the wrong size. Woman helping was super friendly and processed things quickly. They handle returns out of the Des Moines location, but were able to send it there for me.

Outdoor Research has a top-notch collection of outdoor clothing and gear. Most often, you will find discounts on their products, and I love that about them. Their collection is both for males and females. You can really feel the quality that they offer is really great at the price you give. It's a reliable company with a warranty on the products. Plus, the staff here are super helpful. You may also try the items as they have a dressing room in the corner.

This review has nothing to do with the outlet store and everything to do with Outdoor Research's incredible customer service team. I dealt with a customer service rep named "Mikey J". I had an issue with my order that was largely my fault but he went above and beyond to make things right. Great company, amazing products and incredible customer service. They really know how to secure lifetime customers👍👍👍.

Products- great quality Customer service- outstanding Ive been wearing an OR jacket for a while and got a small rip in the elbow (completely my fault) and I messaged their support team on what I can do to patch it. Without hesitation or waiting, they immediately got my info and sent me a bunch of GearAid patches to fix my issue. I'm not used to having customer service this good. These guys rock and I am officially a lifelong customer now. Thanks guys
